The Pure2Improve Speedchute is a resistance training aid. Parachutes use helps build strength while running. They combine resistance training and interval training in a single workout. Wind resistance training builds strength in key large-muscle groups, increasing race-day or game-day performance. Speedchute also helps increase your sprint speed, explosiveness, acceleration and stamina while improving running technique. They do this by making various muscles such as the glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings and calves contract with more intensity and reactivity as the parachute that opens up behind you when you run and provides resistance.
The Pure2Improve Speedchute is created from a mixture of materials. They consist of 20% fabric, 30% net, 30% PP webbing, 10% plastic, 10% iron metal.
The Pure2Improve Speedchute comes with an adjustable band length of 1m, a 360 rotation belt and a carrybag, to help store and transport the Speedchute easily.
